From September 16th (Friday), a service has started at Seikanami Koshu no Ya that allows you to freely combine multiple aged sakes to create an original blend that is only one in the world.

"The Mystery of Aging" will be held in 2022 at " Lounge & Bar 1867 " in the hotel of "Dawa Yuraku Kyoto" (location: Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City), where you can experience the charm of "Saito Sake Brewery" and aged sake in Fushimi, Kyoto. The event will be held on Sunday, August 28th .
