Why "Aged Sake" Now?

The depth of aged sake that new sake does not have attracts many sake lovers.

An overwhelmingly rich flavor that is completely different from new sake

Its overwhelming flavor, which completely overturns the image of sake up to now, has been praised by many sake lovers seeking a new experience.

Once you put it in your mouth, you can taste the concentrated flavor that has been created over a long period of time.

A very rare and premium sake

Sake that has been aged for over 10 years is rarely available on the market, and is a very valuable sake, with only about 1/1000th of the amount of new sake in circulation.

This once-in-a-lifetime encounter, which will never be repeated, creates a special feeling.

A traditional Japanese celebratory sake that was also treasured by the Imperial family

Aged sake has been a lucky charm that has been treasured by people of noble status as "celebratory sake" since the Kamakura period.

These aged sakes, which have been reproduced in modern times by artisans, are becoming a new standard gift as a celebratory item to give to loved ones.

What is the delicious sake of ancient times?

A premium brand made from carefully selected high-quality aged sake from all over the country.

We introduce Kokosoku no Bishu, one of the few brands in Japan that specializes in aged sake.

Brand feature 1

Carefully selected by sommeliers visiting over 100 breweries nationwide

We stock only high-quality vintage wines carefully selected by a wine sommelier from vintage wines discovered by touring sake breweries all over Japan.

The mission of Koko no Bishū is to revive and develop Japan's aged sake culture, which once declined due to the revision of the Liquor Tax Law in the Meiji era, and to create new value in modern sake culture.

Brand feature 2

Commitment to long-term aging for at least 10 years

Generally, the longer an aged sake is aged, the deeper its flavor and aroma will become.

Koko no Biju only sells ultra-long-aged aged sake that has been aged for at least 10 years and up to nearly 40 years, and is a brand that allows you to enjoy ``genuine aged sake.''

Brand feature 3

Vintage gifts that bring back memories

We offer a wide variety of gift items so that we can be a brand that customers choose as a gift for their loved ones.

The age of each brand is indicated on the label. Why not give the gift of a wonderful moment to reminisce over a fine drink?

With good old sake "Koshu",
Surprise and excitement to the world.
