customer's voice

I've been tasting sake such as as a sommelier for many years, yet I didn't realize that sake had a much deeper and unknown world behind the scenes. We are excited to introduce our customers to a vintage community that is on par with wine and brandy.

The first thing that came to my mind when I heard vintage products is that it could be used as a gift to the company's president of loyal business customers. I'm always looking for products I can send that tend to be surprising. I participated in an online event and learned about older sake, so even after giving it as a gift, I was able to get excited about the topic of vintage sake.

"Inishie no Bishu" already comes with its own prearranged sets. Each has its own personality and taste, but my playful personality made me want to also create my own blend. I applied a certain amount of each sake according to my taste with a 5:3:2 ratio, and then fine-tuned it. One's favorite ratio blend becomes a person's fortune.
