A directly managed store of old sake specializing in long-term aged sake / domestic vintage. We always have all vintage products carefully selected. Domestic long-term aged liquor is still only available at some high-end restaurants and bars, and even department stores have at most 4,5 brands of aged liquor. In other words, even if you look for it all over the world, there are almost no opportunities to compare domestic long-term aged sake across breweries.

At the POPPING STAND, a directly managed store for [Inishie no Bishu] sake, we offer the best food and drink pairing menu with aged sake, which is offered in the Bar Space area. There is no doubt that the pairing will offer you a vintage experience that will overtake you by surprise. There is also a tasting corner (extra cost) in the Shop space where you can purchase gift items containing your favorite aged sake.
