② 2005 Cshidsuru (alc.36%)

The shochu was brewed in traditional jars and aged in jars inside the stone storehouse. The sweet aroma of fruit caramel tickles your nose, and you can enjoy the rich ripeness.

The voluminous taste of the unprocessed sake can be felt directly, and from the depths comes the aroma of spices, similar to pepper.
