I will be participating in the online SAKE experience seminar presented by La Cave hosted by Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store on March 19th and 20th! Iwase Sake Brewery, a long-established sake brewery in Chiba Onjuku, will also appear and talk about the charms of aged sake.
