Overwhelmingly rich potato flavor, with an aroma as fragrant as a flower. This Tensho, brewed in 2013, has ripened to a mellow fullness over time. The moment you raise the glass, a dense potato umami spreads, from which a floral fragrance quietly rises.

Hishida, Osaki-cho, a tropical area, is the land where the softest water springs out, the best in Kagoshima Prefecture. The "Tensei" potato shochu, which makes use of this water, is characterized by its soft, smooth taste. The rice used for the rice koji and the main ingredient, sweet potatoes, are all grown and harvested by specific contracted farmers.
