本商品は、非常に希少な国産ヴィンテージである「1984年製造の本格麦焼酎原酒『抜群』(抜群酒造謹製／熊本県)」を40年以上熟成させた麦焼酎の古酒です。

「第16回フェミナリーズ世界ワインコンクール2022　日本産蒸留酒部門」で銀賞を受賞した銘柄です。

原酒で38％のアルコール度ながら、含んでまず甘味を感じる驚きがあります。超長期熟成により、原酒の濃醇さがコクや香りに変化しており、まろやかに味わえます。

醸造元：抜群酒造　創業1923年　熊本県球磨郡多良木町
世界に認められた地理的表示の『球磨焼酎』は、他の焼酎原料より高価な米を使うのが特徴です。500年に及ぶ球磨焼酎の歴史の中で比較的創業が若い抜群酒造。この若い蔵が、かつて挑戦した麦焼酎の常圧蒸留仕込み。その若い魂が35年の時を越えていまよみがえります。

Kuma Shochu, a globally recognized geographical indication, is characterized by the use of rice, which is more expensive than other shochu ingredients. In the 500-year history of Kuma Shochu, this outstanding brewery was founded relatively recently. This young brewery once took on the challenge of making barley shochu using atmospheric distillation. That young spirit is now being reborn after 35 years.
