1998年 Village Fountain
A fine aroma like tea and subtle scent of roasted hazelnut as well as rich sweetness and solid sourness make this sake perfectly balanced. The long aftertaste and roasting aroma also make this a very pleasant drink.
醸造元：Aizu Sake Brewery 創業1700年 Fukushima PrefectureMinamiaizu Town
They have been making sake since the mid-Edo period in Minamiaizu-Tajima, a post town on the road connecting Nikko and Aizu-Wakamatsu. In harsh conditions where temperatures drop to -20°C in the middle of winter, the sake they brew using ultra-soft water pumped up from 40m underground is characterized by its soft, clean, and gentle sweetness. It has continued to charm the people who come and go.
2004年 Snow on the peak
This unprocessed Jummai Ginjo sake is made with Yamadanishiki rice. The sweet and sour aroma of apricot and the sweet aroma of honey are combined with the refreshing faint scent of herbs. The gentle sweet taste of the rice is heart-warming. The profound flavor and subtle mature aroma make it easy to enjoy this sake.

Kitakata has so many sake breweries that it can be called a town of sake breweries, but this is the youngest brewery in the city. The name "Mine no Yuki" comes from Mt. Iide, which forms the prefectural border with Yamagata. The brewers are young and try new brews every year. The mead, brewed only from honey harvested from the rich natural environment at the foot of the mountain, speaks to the individuality of this brewery.
