``1984 Excellent'' is characterized by its mellow richness and wheat aroma due to its ultra-long aging. Please enjoy the sweetness that you feel when you put it in your mouth, which is hard to believe that it has 38% alcohol content.

You can also enjoy the change in aroma and taste by changing the temperature range at which you drink it, such as slightly warming or cooling it. The alcohol content is high at 38%, so please mix it with hot or cold water to your liking.

``1984 Prefecture'' is produced by Prefecture Sake Brewery (founded in 1923), which is relatively young in the 500-year history of Suma Shochu. ``Suma Shochu'' is characterized by the use of rice, which is more expensive than other shochu ingredients. A young brewery once tried to prepare barley shochu by atmospheric distillation. That young soul is now coming back to life after 35 years.

Won “Silver Prize” at a global wine competition

``1984 Outstanding'' won the silver award in the newly established Japanese distilled spirits category at the ``Feminalise World Wine Competition 2022'' held in France.

The Feminaries World Wine Competition gathers approximately 5,000 alcoholic beverages from all over the world every year, and is judged by female sommeliers and female brewers from all over the world. It is said to be one of the world's most famous competitions, ranking in the top five in France, the home of wine.
