Three stories where time blends together. Overcoming difficulties, this cup of coffee. (17).png

More than a year has passed since the Noto earthquake, but recovery is still far from complete.

I visited Wajima the other day and found that even after a year, demolition has still not progressed.

Takumi Sosei has launched a crowdfunding campaign to support this Wajima sake brewery, which was affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

The return gifts are sake from sake breweries in the Hokuriku region and from breweries that were also affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.

All donations will be used to purchase sake for Wajima's sake breweries.

We purchase sake that has been painstakingly produced in Noto, age it further, and then sell and promote it as aged Noto sake.
We provide long-term support, from purchasing, aging, product development, to sales and marketing activities. This is the form of support we offer.

Through this system, we hope to support the economic recovery of affected sake breweries while also creating a cycle that will pass on Japan's sake brewing culture to future generations.
