2005年 Heavenly Star
The standard method using locally produced “Kogane Sengan” and white koji combined with long-term maturation add a mellowness. The flowery flavor after the odor of new shochu is removed makes this shochu more delicate.

Hishida, Osaki-cho, a tropical area, is the land where the softest water springs out, the best in Kagoshima Prefecture. The "Tensei" potato shochu, which makes use of this water, is characterized by its soft, smooth taste. The rice used for the rice koji and the main ingredient, sweet potatoes, are all grown and harvested by specific contracted farmers.
