"Tenbai" is a genuine barley shochu that has been aged for over 20 years and topped off every year, with the most recent barley shochu being produced in 2013.
We use 100% carefully selected two-row barley, carefully grown in the rich grain-producing region of the Chikushi Plain.
2013 Tenbai
"Tenbai" is an authentic vintage barley shochu that has been aged for over 10 years. This special barley shochu is made using 100% carefully selected two-rowed barley that is grown with care in the fertile grain-producing region of the Chikushi Plain. In order to bring out the unique flavor of the barley to the fullest, it is carefully crafted using a double distillation method at normal pressure.
