1999年 Fukumitsuya
This sake features a balance between sweet and sour tastes similar to apricot jam. The brilliant aroma of caramel due to the long maturation process fills your senses and the faint spicy aftertaste can be enjoyed over and over.
醸造元：Fukumitsuya 創業1625年 Ishikawa PrefectureKanazawa City
This is the oldest sake brewery in Kanazawa, the capital of Kaga, which has cultivated its own unique culture in the Hokuriku region. The crystal-clear water that takes 100 years to reach the brewery from Mt. Hakusan, and the climate with its vibrant four seasons, have supported sake brewing. The brewery continues to evolve its traditional techniques, and in 2001, it gained attention for switching all of its products to junmai-shu (sake made only from rice, water, yeast, and koji).
2010年 Dragon Power
The legendary sake rice Shinriki has been brought back. This aged sake is made with a 100% Shinriki rice and a koji ratio of 3 times more than normal using a special long maturation process. The sake is matured according to plan for a rich and mature amazing sweet aroma similar to figs.

As a sake brewery located in the hometown of Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice, the motto is "rice sake tastes like rice," and they brew sake that brings out the best in the flavor of rice. "Ryu-riki" products are made using only rice suitable for sake brewing, and in 2008, their "Daiginjo Kome no Sasayaki" won the world's highest gold medal at a contest in the United States. They are confident in the quality of their aged sake.
