豊かな穀倉地・筑紫平野で大切に育まれた二条大麦を厳選して100%使用。

2013年 Heavenly cup

It is carefully distilled using the atmospheric double distillation method to bring out the unique flavor of barley to the fullest. The pleasant aroma of green apples and roses spreads, and the mellowness and sweetness produced by aging give it a pleasant taste.

醸造元：天盃　創業1898年　福岡県朝倉郡
「本格焼酎を世界の蒸溜酒より価値あるものにしたい」という決意から、1970年炭素など薬品加工を一切廃除、砂糖など完全無添加で材料の特性を生かした焼酎製造を開始。1975年に日本初となる常圧蒸溜で原料はすべて麦という大麦100％の麦焼酎を販売した。今日に至るまで天盃の焼酎造りの礎となっている。
