1995年 Aoikaku
Aged sake matured at ambient temperature after low‐temperature storage of brewed pure-rice sake with artisan skills. A sweet, flowery, and roasting aroma of honey or almond as well as mild sweetness fill the mouth. A moderate sourness and spicy taste make the sake totally balanced.

2007年 Kujudama
This aged yamahai Junmai sake is made with the sake rice Hidahomare from the Hida Area. It features a sweet robust taste with a crispness. You can also sense the aroma of sweet ripened pears, black pepper and almonds.

Hida Takayama is popular as a town that encapsulates the charm of Japan. Founded here in 1623, this long-established sake brewery has been making sake every year for 15 generations for about 400 years. The name "Kusudama" means "medicine" and expresses the wish for sake, the best medicine, made with the underground water of the Northern Alps, Hida rice, and the harsh cold.
