Our company president, Yasumura, will be speaking at the "Dazzling World of Aged Sake" segment of the "Sake World Summit in KYOTO," the largest sake festival in the Kansai region, to be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024, to share the appeal of aged sake with everyone.

"Sake World Summit in KYOTO" is a completely new festival of sake (including craft brewed sake) starting in Kyoto.
You can enjoy a variety of sake, including secret non-sale items from sake breweries, long-aged sake, craft brewed sake, and more, from the sake booth, which will feature 250 brands from about 50 breweries; the food booth, which will feature 15 popular restaurants in Kyoto; and a roundtable discussion on the appeal of recently popular craft brewed sake and aged sake.

Breweries that produce aged sake will talk about the history, definition, and appeal of aged sake, what happens when it matures, recommended ways to drink it, and what dishes it goes well with.
