"Tenki, a Beautiful Sake from Ancient Times" won a silver medal in the "Long-Aged Sake ( Rich ) " category at the Oriental Sake Awards 2025, Asia's largest sake competition.

This competition is one of the largest sake competitions in Asia.
The aim of this sake competition is to serve as a strategic aid for sake breweries in exporting to Asian markets by selecting sake that is popular among Asian consumers through blind tastings by alcohol experts. This competition is also the only Asian competition outside of Japan that is included in the world sake brewery rankings.
Long-aged blend of Japanese sake, aged and precious sake "Tenki"

Alcohol content: 16.5%
"Tenki" is a premium kijoshu blend that combines the unique characteristics of each era: 1997 , 2003 , and 2006. Upon opening the bottle, a mellow aroma rises, and upon sipping, the rich, sweet flavor invites you to a truly exquisite experience. The two rich, aged sakes create a robust full-bodied flavor, while the lighter, more acidic sake brings harmony, resulting in a luxurious drop that sublimates the deep flavor with a lingering lingering mellowness.

Tenki has been highly praised in many contests to date.

Review Comments: The layered aroma, reminiscent of caramel, tamarind, and cocoa, creates a rich, expansive aroma. The flavors of chocolate molasses, brown sugar, coffee, and maple syrup are exquisitely balanced, creating a visually appealing taste. The palate is pleasant and refreshing, with a clean finish.
