It is a blend of three different vintage sakes, making it easy to drink and offering a complex flavor.
Its taste is like a dessert wine and goes well with a variety of cuisines, including French, Italian, and Japanese.
Available only this winter, it will come with a lovely snowflake ornament.
The 1997 vintage has a mature aroma, and the 2007 vintage has a well-balanced sweetness. The 2010 Ryuriki, which has won gold medals in many competitions, is blended into this wine, which is designed with sweetness in mind. Enjoy the rich, deep flavor that is reminiscent of a dessert wine.
This is a blend of aged sakes, the ratio of which was designed around the concept of "acidity." By blending with the white wine-like 2009 Maboroshi no Taki, the three vintage sakes create a gorgeous, delicate aroma and fruity, refreshing taste with a firm acidity that opens the door to a new world of sake that pairs well with food.
This blend was designed with the concept of "maturity." By selecting the 1993 Ume Nishiki, which has a strong sense of maturity, the complex and well-balanced flavor with acidity, umami, astringency, and a hint of bitterness is one of a kind. The aroma of maturity gives it a more mellow and gorgeous aroma.
