A premium gift set of aged sake, ``Kokotsu no Bishu,'' where you can compare and enjoy the unique characteristics of each sake, is a collaboration with sake breweries across the country that focus on producing aged sake.

The first in the series is a selection of three brands of Daiginjo from the 1990s, selected from among the old sake hidden deep within the brewery of Iwase Sake Brewery in Onjuku, Chiba Prefecture, which was founded in 1723 and has a 300-year history.
