Sommelier's comment
A masterpiece made entirely of Nanko plums grown locally in Wakayama Prefecture and brewed with vintage awamori.
The wild, earthy scent is unique and interesting, and the acidity is pleasant.
It combines the characteristics of awamori with Nanko plum, creating a wonderful balance of aroma and sweetness.
