Sommelier's comment
Through long-term aging, this unprocessed sake is even more packed with the flavor derived from black koji and atmospheric distillation. It has a fruity aroma and is characterized by a faint salty scent. The sake from this brewery has a sharp taste while still feeling the sweetness and the nourishing taste of the ingredients.

The oldest brewery on Amami Oshima. Using carefully selected high-quality brown sugar and carefully selected Thai rice of the same quality as the main ingredients, we pour our passion every day into creating rich-tasting brown sugar shochu using the inherited techniques of high-temperature fermentation and atmospheric distillation. I'm here.
