A plum wine brewed in 2007 using all Nanko plums grown locally in Wakayama Prefecture. Because it is unprocessed sake, it has a rich plum scent and a deep flavor. You can also feel the smoky aroma that comes from aged aromas, giving it a distinctive character.

Although the company was founded young, it began producing authentic plum wine in 1979. Taking advantage of our location as the No. 1 plum producer in Japan, we are developing and selling a variety of plum wines (currently 35 types) that bring out the characteristics of fresh Wakayama Nanko plums. The representative brand of shochu is "Fuji Shiro". This is a notable brewery that also produces Japanese craft gin.
