``Seikainami Old Sake House'' sells ``Beautiful Sake from Ancient Times'', which is made with sake that has been aged for at least 10 years and has an excellent taste and aroma, and is a store where you can enjoy old sake with food. I am.
The ``old sake blending experience'' held at the old sake shop is an experience where you can find your favorite brand from 30 brands of aged sake and blend it to create your own original old sake.
All 30 brands are aged sake made in different sake breweries, and the age of aging and the sake rice used vary. We also offer brands that have won awards at international wine competitions.
The combination of brands and mixing ratios are all up to you. Part of the fun is being able to discover your favorite brands and combinations while tasting old sake.
Mr. Yoshikawa, who is well versed in alcoholic beverages, says that it is difficult for him to have the experience of selecting his favorite aged sake and creating an original blend. While checking out the taste of old sake, the participants enjoyed mixing the mixture with the aim of creating a ``beautiful old sake'' blend.
You can watch Mr. Yoshikawa's video here.
Whether you are planning to go to "Seikanami Koshu no Ya" and try the blending experience, or if you are learning about the blending experience for the first time, be sure to watch the video and learn about the blending of aged sake and the aged sake itself. I hope you are interested.
