Colorful vintage sakes are bottled in beautiful, slender bottles.
The taste is completely different from any "sake" I've had before, with a complex flavor reminiscent of Western alcohol.

During the festive Christmas season, send the sparkling golden "Ancient Fine Wines Gold Award Winning Sake Set" to someone special.

Upon opening the luxurious black box, your eyes will be drawn to the jewel-like vintage sake wrapped in satin. You will be thrilled by its beauty even before pouring it into a glass.

When poured into a wine glass, it has a beautiful golden color. It is characterized by a refreshing taste reminiscent of Japanese citrus fruits and a gorgeous herbal aroma. It is a rare type that allows you to enjoy rich fruitiness, sharp acidity, and a mineral feel. You can feel the mellow herbal aroma and the toasty taste of hazelnuts. This is an excellent product that will convince you that vintage sake is in a different category from new sake.

When we asked customers at restaurants that have used "1984 Iwanoi" for their feedback, we received comments such as "It's a taste I've never had before" and "It tastes like sherry."

Aged ginjo sake. Its characteristic is that it first releases a clean acidity, and you can also sense the rich aroma of butter and the sweet aroma of banana, making it very elegant, as if you were drinking a dry white wine. The lingering aroma of nuts is impressive.

Among all the brands handled by "Kosoki no Biju", "Maboroshi no Taki" is one that we often hear described as "easy to drink."

"2010 Ryuriki"

・Raw rice: Shinriki, polished to 65%
・Alcohol content: 17%
