The 1993 Ume Nishiki gives the sake a mature taste, and the sweetness, sourness, and umami of the aged sake are added, along with astringency and a hint of bitterness.
A unique, complex and well-balanced flavour

It also has a rich fragrance, with floral notes of yellow peach and jasmine combined with aged aromas of nuts and spices, creating a richer, more gorgeous aroma.
