Sommelier's comment
This aged sake is made using 100% of the revived ``Shinryoku'' sake rice, and has tripled the koji ratio compared to normal sake through special preparation for long-term aging. It has matured as intended, and has a rich, rich flavor with a wonderfully sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe figs.

As a sake brewery located in the hometown of Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice, we produce sake that brings out the flavor of rice with the motto, ``Rice sake tastes like rice.'' Due to the quality of ``Tatsuriki'' products, which use only rice suitable for sake brewing, ``Daiginjo Rice Whisper'' won the world's highest gold medal in a 2008 American contest. We are confident in the quality of our aged sake.
