Sommelier's comments
This sake is made using 100% of the revival of the legendary sake rice "Shinriki" and is specially prepared for long-term aging, with three times the amount of koji used. It matures as intended, with a rich, mellow, and wonderfully sweet aroma, reminiscent of ripe figs.

As a sake brewery located in the hometown of Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice, we make sake that maximizes the flavor of rice under the motto "rice sake tastes like rice". Because "Ryu-riki" products are made using only rice suitable for sake brewing, our "Daiginjo Kome no Sasayaki" won the world's highest gold medal at a contest in the United States in 2008. We are confident in the quality of our aged sake.
