Alcohol content: 17%, bottled at room temperature
Sommelier's comments
This is a Junmai sake with a sweet finish, aiming to be a rich, delicious, long-aged sake. It matures as intended, and the spicy aroma of oriental cumin and nutmeg blends together with the sweet aroma of ripe pear to create a gorgeous aroma.

Founded in 1901, Ono City, Fukui Prefecture
Echizen Ono, where spring water springs up all over the city, has been a thriving sake brewing area since ancient times. Since entering the sake brewing industry in the Meiji period, the company has followed the philosophy of "dedicating to handcrafting sake to bring the highest quality to the world," and has been well received by locals. While preserving traditional techniques, the company continues to take on new challenges, including aged sake, which has earned it high praise nationwide.
