Due to long-term aging, it has a mellow taste, smooth texture, and even sweetness that does not make you feel that the alcohol content exceeds 40%. The gentle aroma of rice that permeates your nose creates an elegant moment.

We are a brewery that is particular about raw materials, storage, and quality, and inherits the 500-year-old tradition and technology of making Kuma shochu, which uses rice as an ingredient, while continuing to research and develop new ideas and flexibility. Taking advantage of Kuma's climate, which is blessed with beautiful water, raw materials, and clean air, we manufacture authentic shochu that can only be made in Kumamoto.
