Due to long-term aging, it has a mellow taste, smooth texture, and even sweetness that does not make you feel that the alcohol content exceeds 40%. The gentle aroma of rice that permeates your nose creates an elegant moment.

Taking advantage of Kuma's climate, which is blessed with beautiful water, raw materials, and clean air, we manufacture authentic shochu that can only be made in Kumamoto.
