A long-established store that was founded in 1623 and has been brewing sake every year for about 400 years and 15 generations. The inscription "Kusudama" means "medicine" and contains the wishes of underground water in the Northern Alps, rice in Hida, and sake, the chief of 100 medicines made by the severe cold.
