It is an old sake that you can feel the original sweetness of rice, which is a characteristic of this sake. A deep buttery aroma and a sweet aroma like cotton candy spread, giving it a slightly voluminous taste.

Nishigo Village, which is located at the northern foot of the Nasu Kogen, a resort area that has a high image due to its Imperial Villa, is an environment suitable for sake brewing with its rich nature remaining. It is a 170-year-old brewery that uses underground water from the Nasu mountain range and local rice grown in that water to brew sake with a rich aroma and richness using advanced burning (taste preservation) technology.
