Sommelier's comment
After two years of tank storage, it was bottled and aged for a long time. After a soft mouthfeel, the aroma of aged almonds and spices is pleasant. The lingering sweetness and sourness are well balanced, with a hint of Japanese citrus.
Brewed by: Suwa Sake Brewery
Founded in 1859 Chizu Town, Tottori Prefecture
Chizu Town is rich in nature, with Japanese flying squirrels living in the forest behind the storehouse. Super soft water gushes out from the well in Kura, near the source of the Chiyo River that supplied sand to the Tottori Sand Dunes. Using the Hiroshima style of sake brewing, we specialize in junmai sake and junmai ginjo sake made with local sake rice, and we have continued to work on old sake since our predecessors.
