Sommelier's comment
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you will get an elegant acidity and a mellow aroma unique to aged sake such as banana, caramel and oak. It has enough sweetness, and the refreshing flavor like plum leaves a lingering finish. The acidity is great and the sharpness is not bad.
