Sommelier's comment
It has a gentle aroma with a rich tea-like aroma and a hazelnut-like aroma. Aged sake with a good balance of rich sweetness and firm acidity. It has a long aftertaste and a pleasant sweet and fragrant aroma.
Brewed by: Aizu Sake Brewery
Founded around 1700 Minamiaizu Town, Fukushima Prefecture
We have been producing sake since the mid-Edo period in Minami Aizu Tajima, a post town on the road connecting Nikko and Aizu Wakamatsu. Brewed with ultra-soft water pumped up from 40 meters underground under harsh conditions of -20 degrees Celsius in the middle of winter, the sake is soft, clean, and has a gentle sweetness. It has continued to fascinate people who pass by.
