Junmai sake aged for 24 years in a 100-year-old storehouse. A gentle-like scent of ripe banana and an aromatically floral scent permeates the nose. A balance of delicate and strongly acidic deep flavors.

In the middle of the Kanto Plain, we have been pursuing quality as well as quantity by making the best use of the the area adjacent to Edo, Tokyo that is a large consumption area of Kamaya which has been brewing sake for 270 years. Winner of the Gold Award in the World Contest IWC, won the highest award in the vintage sake category.
