Sommelier's comment
Junmai Ginjo sake, a brewed sake that was prepared the same year it received an award for outstanding skilled workers. Long-term aging for more than 20 years has spread an aroma of fragrant nuts and that of a sweet well-ripened yellow peach. A vintage sake that makes you think of the dryness of a Sherry Wine.
Brewer: Umenishiki Yamakawa

In the former Kaneda village, facing the warm inlands of the Shikoku islands, through careful selection of rice and thorough examinations of water quality, since its establishment, has earnestly and hardworkingly desired to create a "delicious sake" which resulted in producing Umenishiki.
