Sommelier's comment
Old Ginjo sake. It is characterized by a sweet and gorgeous scent like apricots and a rich, voluminous scent of alcohol. The sweetness is soft and spreads throughout the mouth, and the acidity is modest. A faint nutty aftertaste lingers.
Brewed by: Kizakura
Founded in 1925 Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City
Kizakura, known for its kappa character, is actually a relatively young sake brewery. Taking advantage of our youth, we have developed products that are unconventional by using "original ideas" and "unconventional actions." We associate it with familiar products, but this is possible because of its high level of technology, which has won numerous gold awards at competitions.
