This gift is made from carefully selected vintage liquor from the 2000s, allowing you to enjoy the mellow flavor of aged liquor that has been aged for many years.

The set includes "Taninogoe (2006)," brewed using underground water from the Nasu Highlands, where lush natural scenery remains; "Kusudama (2007)," brewed using underground water from the Northern Alps and rice from Hida; and "Hanagaki (2009)," brewed at a sake brewery in Echizen Ono, where clear water springs up at a training ground in the city.

While all of the brands are authentic shochu and awamori made from undiluted liquor, the long-term maturation process gives them an elegant, mellow flavor that obscures the high alcohol content.
