TASTING NOTE

Umeshu raw sake that is made from the local Nanko plums from Wakayama prefecture. The scent of plums is rich and the taste is deep because it is a raw sake. The smoky scent that comes from the aged scent is also felt, giving it a characteristic.

Nakano BC (Established in 1961)

Although it was founded young, it started producing authentic plum wine in 1979. Taking advantage of the location of No. 1 "Umekoro" in Japan, we are developing and selling various plum wines (currently 35 types) that bring out the characteristics of fresh Nanko plums in Wakayama. The representative brand of shochu is "Fuji Shiro". Featured storehouse that also handles Japanese craft gin.

TASTING NOTE

The scent of the ripe plum and sweet like Anne are very comfortable in your mouth raher than fruit.

Kinoshita Brewery (Established in 1862)
The clear stream Kuma River runs through the Hitoyoshi Basin, and there is the brewery in Taraki Town in the
upstream area.Since its foundation, it has been sticking to traditional manufacturing methods in the same place, aiming to make Shochu with a unique scent and richness. ‘The old Bunzo at Taraki’ whichi is also sung in folk songs, uses the name ‘Bunzo’ of its founder as a brand of Shochu.

TASTING NOTE

Its plum liquor is exclusively made from Okinawa’s brown sugar and Nanko plum from Minabe-cho, Wakayama
Prefecture. The rich flavor combined with sweetness and sourness will bring about an elegant atmosphere.

Sakiyama Brewery Co., Ltd.(Established in 1905)
Okinawa is one of the exclusive production areas of awamori. Though awamori is normally made from malted rice (koji), Sakiyama Brewery grows “aged koji” over three days. With a rich and full taste, its unprocessed sake presents high enzymatic activity to withstand long-term maturation. The motto of Sakiyama shuzosho is to avoid excessive distillation or filtration to maintain the savory taste.
