2005 Tensei
Honkaku potato shochu Main raw material: Kogane Sengan koji: Rice malt alcohol content 35%
Sommelier's comment
Although it is made using the local sweet potato ``Kogane Sengan'' and white malt, the long years have brought a mellowness to the sweet potato shochu. The smell of new sake has disappeared and you can feel the gentle, floral flavor. Please enjoy the delicate taste.
