While containing a 38% alcohol content, there is a sweetness that will take you by surprise. Depending on the long duration of time the sake is brewed, the richness of the raw sake will change into a mellow complexion.

Kuma Shochu, recognized around the world and has given character to the geographic location it was made; it is known for having higher quality rice than other locations. Out of the 500 years of history of Kuma Shochu, this manufacturer is one of the youngest. This young embodiment has been able to bring back 35 years of history into the present.
