3 kinds of ancient sake (30ml each) and cheese prosciutto ham set (voluminous) *On the day of the event, it will be served in a round container.

3 types of ancient sake (30ml each) and cheese prosciutto set (contents are slightly different from Minami Aoyama)

Foreground Asiago Mezzano

A medium-aged Asiago cheese that is aged for 4 to 10 months and has a smooth texture and moderate hardness.

Its birthplace is the Asiago Plateau, which is made up of seven villages and is over 1000m above sea level. Asiago, which has existed for a long time, was this dalevo (aged type). Fresco type uses whole milk, whereas this aged type uses skimmed milk. Mezzano type (aged for 4 to 10 months) has a shorter aging period than Vecchio type (aged for 10 months or more) and Stravecchio type (aged for 15 months or more) and has a delicate flavor. Compared to the fresco type, the dough has smaller and fewer cheese eyes, is more straw-colored, and has a more brownish surface. It is a very easy to eat cheese that is neither too hard nor too soft.

Pecorino Siciliano is one of the oldest cheeses produced in Italy, and is loved not only in Italy but all over the world. This cheese uses only Sicilian sheep's milk, and the kneaded black pepper, chili peppers, and olives perfectly match the sheep's milk, which is an essential part of life in southern Italy. The dough is ivory in color, soft and very creamy, with irregular cheese eyes.

Back side Bianchina di Capra

100% goat milk cheese made using the same method as Pecorino from Sardinia
The outer skin is a brownish straw color, and the dough is cream-colored, almost white, and is dotted with small cheese eyes. Semi-hard type that is neither too hard nor too soft. The taste is rich and mellow, with the unique flavor of goat milk and a light sour aftertaste. We recommend eating it with jam or fruit.

Sake that has been aged for 10 years or more changes greatly from new sake, and depending on the brand, the taste can be reminiscent of brandy or white wine.
Although it is a luxury product that normally costs 5,500 yen for 180ml, we have prepared an online set at a special price for one night only in order to let as many people as possible know about the delicious sake of ancient times .
