"2006 Umezu"

This plum wine uses a rare variety of plums called ``Nobana.'' ``2006 Umezu'' was created using rice shochu as a base, making generous use of ripe wildflowers. This brand has a rich, sweet and sour taste, and you can feel the depth due to aging.

"2008 Eternal Plum Drop Kinsen"

This sake is made with sake that has been aged for 12 years and only uses Nanko plums grown in Nanbu Town, Wakayama Prefecture . You can enjoy the soft sweet and sour taste and scent of plum that is unique to sake brewing.

"2009 Nakano"

``2009 Nakano'' was made at a sake brewery called Nakano BC in Wakayama Prefecture. Made by soaking fresh Nanko plums from Wakayama , the No. 1 plum producer in Japan, in vintage awamori. Enjoy the pleasant balance of unique aroma and sweetness.
