A well balance of beautiful acidity and sweetness that overturns the preconceptions of old-fashioned sake.
We have 3 types of brands with a refreshing taste, and we have made a proposal product for the summer.
It is a set that you can enjoy deliciously even when cooled, and you can also enjoy it with rock or carbonic acid.
～ Vintage 1997 Kikuzakari Sake ～
Aged old sake, a long-selling product for the local community, before switching to pure rice sake production.
Characterized by a clean acidity, it is smoky with aroma like caramel and almonds.
Flavor, sweetness and aroma of tropical fruits spread. A mellow aged sake.
Brewer Kikuzakari Sake Brewery Founded 1894 Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture
～ Vintage 2009 Phantom Taki ～
Ginjo's aged old sake. The highlighting feature is that the neat acidity is noticed first,
The mellow scent of butter and the sweet scent of bananas are also felt, making it very pleasant.
As if you were drinking dry white wine. The nutty scent also becomes very impressive.
Brewer Mikunihare Shuzo Founded 1887 Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture
～ Vintage 2007 Sanin Togo ～
The viscous taste of aged old sake is brewed sweetly;
and the sweetness combined with the feeling of maturity gives it depth.
The sourness and slight bitterness summarize the overall balance.
