Sommelier's comment
The sweetness of plum wine is a gem that uses brown sugar from Okinawa and only Nanko plum from Minabe, Kishu, and is soaked in rich awamori. The rich taste and richness combined with the sweetness and sourness make you feel elegant.
Brewer: Sakiyama Sake Brewery
Founded 1905 Kin Town, Okinawa Prefecture
Okinawa has cultivated awamori, which is unique in the shochu culture. The difference from rice shochu such as Kumamoto is that Thai rice is used as the main ingredient, and all the rice is fermented after being koji. After being founded in Akada overlooking Shuriakata, Sakiyama is a hot brewery that moved to Kin Town in search of good water from the passion of "more delicious awamori".
