Sommelier's comment
While making a standard product using locally produced potato "Golden Sennuki" and white jiuqu, the long years have brought mellowness to the potato shochu. You can feel the mild and floral taste without the smell of new sake. Please enjoy the delicate taste.

Founded 1901 Osaki Town, Kagoshima Prefecture
Hishida, Osaki Town, a tropical country, is the land where the most ultra-soft water in Kagoshima Prefecture springs out. The sweet potato shochu of "Tensei" that makes use of the water is characterized by its soft and palatable quality. Rice, which is the raw material for rice jiuqu, and sweet potatoes, which are the main raw material, are all cultivated and harvested by a specific contract farmer.
