Sommelier's comment
The oldest release of the first released "Inishie no Bishu" sake, the 1983 vintage. The sweet and gorgeous aroma of dried fruits and nuts, the spicy flavor, and the strong acidity are reminiscent of mature white wine.
Brewer: Iwase Sake Brewery
Founded in 1723, Onjuku Town, Chiba Prefecture
A sake brewery in Boso, Chiba, which is rich in nature despite being in the metropolitan area. We are particular about the traditional manufacturing method of"Yamazukuri"and aged sake. From 1965, he began to work on earnestly aging alcohol. The brewed water is hard water, and it eventually becomes a tasty and firm sake. Because of this, the aged sake can be used to demonstrate the power of this brewery.
