"Ancient Sake x Iwanoi 90'S" Vintage1990,1993,1995 Set of 3 Japanese Sake Brands
This product was jointly developed by Kokotsu no Bishu, a select brand limited to premium domestic vintage sake, in collaboration with Iwanoi (Iwase Sake Brewery/Chiba Prefecture), a sake brewery with the highest reputation for aged sake. This is a vintage sake product that has been realized.
``1990 Junmai Daiginjo'' is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed in 1990, and is characterized by a gorgeous orange-like aroma and gentle sweetness and sourness.
``1993 Junmai Daiginjo'' is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed in 1993, and is characterized by the aroma as if it had been aged in oak barrels, and the sweetness that gently surrounds it.
``1995 Daiginjo'' is a Daiginjo brewed in 1995, and is characterized by its well-balanced pineapple-like aroma and gentle sweetness.
When you enjoy it, please taste it with its aroma, and if possible, sip it while swirling it in a large Bordeaux wine glass, etc., so that you can feel the hidden aroma as shown above.
Japanese sake is one of the few alcoholic beverages in the world that can be enjoyed at different temperature ranges, so drinking it slightly warmed, chilled, or on the rocks is a good way to enjoy the change in aroma and taste.
I think you will be able to discover pairings with various dishes.
This is an extremely rare item that will be difficult to obtain in the future. All items can be stored at room temperature, so we recommend storing them in your cellar for future anniversaries or as part of your collection.

Brewed by Iwase Sake Brewery
Founded in 1723 Onjuku Town, Chiba Prefecture
A sake brewery in Chiba Boso, which is located in the metropolitan area but is rich in nature. We are particular about the traditional manufacturing method of ``Yamahaizukuri'' and aged sake. In 1965, we began to seriously work on aging. The brewing water is hard water, which produces a full-bodied sake with a strong flavor, so the ability of this brewery is demonstrated when it is aged.
