Sommelier's comment
Yamahai Junmai sake has been aged for a long time. When poured into a wine glass, the golden color is beautiful. Thoughts of Japanese citrus
It is characterized by its refreshing sensation and the gorgeous scent of herbs. Enjoy a rich fruit and a sharply acidic taste
A rare vintage sake with a mineral-like flavor.
Brewer: Iwase Sake Brewery
Founded in 1723, Onjuku Town, Chiba Prefecture
A sake brewery in Boso, Chiba, which despite being in the metropolitan area, is abundant with nature. We are particular about the traditional manufacturing method of "Yamazukuri" and aged sake. From 1965, they began to earnestly work on aging. The water used to brew is hard water; it becomes a tasty and firm sake, so it can be used to age sake and serves to demonstrate the power of this brewery.
